For a vehicle in Suryapet, Miryalaguda, Siddipet, Sangareddy, Jagtial, Sircilla, Mancherial, Nirmal or Kothagudem, give the actual town and pin to the coordinator. A Hyderabad address should not be used for a car kept in another town.

A Hyderabad showroom address may not be the inspection address
Ask whether the allocated car is at the showroom or a separate stockyard. Share the actual inspection pin and the name of the person providing access, rather than only the dealership's sales-office address. Confirm that the car and keys will be available at the agreed time.
If the vehicle is in a basement, gated property or dealer yard, mention entry rules and lighting restrictions in advance. The coordinator needs that information to assess the request; choosing Hyderabad in a form does not remove site-access restrictions.
Check the city where the seller keeps the car
For a vehicle described as being in Warangal or Khammam, confirm the seller's exact address and use the matching city page if it is currently listed. Do not choose Hyderabad simply because that is where you live or where you first saw the advertisement.
If you are travelling from another Telangana town, confirm the vehicle, seller permission and inspection arrangements before setting off. Ask separately about an address outside a listed city; nearby geography is not evidence that an inspector or slot is available there.
Make time for questions before the handover decision
Tell the dealer or seller that you want to review the findings, including checks that could not be completed. Keep any explanation or proposed correction with the report. Confirm follow-up arrangements directly rather than assuming a reinspection, workshop diagnosis or a particular report turnaround is included.

What makes an inspection good value?
An affordable inspection should still explain its scope and limitations. A premium price or a long checkpoint count alone does not prove a better assessment. Compare what you will actually receive, not an unsupported “best” or “cheapest” label.
